こんにちは！サトシです。
昨年２年２か月に渡るアメリカ・オレゴン州ポートランドの単身赴任の旅から戻ってきて、５月から単身赴任で沖縄に出向して住んでいましたが、２０２１年３月５日で退職し、東京で起業することになりました。
今回は無事に宅建業の営業許可も得たので、めずらしく真面目に起業への想いを書いていきたいと思います。
めちゃくちゃ長くてすみません。
「友達に紹介するみたいに不動産を勧めたい。」

「世界中の方に日本で安心できる暮らしを提供したい。」
という想いを実現するために

を起業しました。
上場している不動産会社で働いているとどうしても、金融機関や株主に対して決算期に期初に約束した売り上げを残すために、無理な契約や会社都合の契約をしてしまいます。
私自身できる限りそういうことのないようにしてきたつもりですが、正直そういうことがまったくなかったとは言えません。
利益を追求することが企業の役割なので、そういうことも仕方ないのかも知れませんが、私はお客さんにとって一生のうちでも大きな買い物の１つである不動産を友達に紹介するようにお勧めしたい。本当に信頼できる仲間をチームにして取引したいという想いが強くありました。
この想いを実現するには起業して、
信頼できる仲間「Anchors」を集めよう、
お客さんと友人のように取引しようと決めました。
/Anchors結成/どうせやるなら楽しく！
この「Anchors」を作るためには一から会社を育てていくしかありません。
不動産の取引にはリフォームや法律、税金関係が必ず付いてきます。
その中でもリフォームの品質はリフォーム屋の腕によってかなり左右されるため非常に重要です。これは一から自分たち信頼のできるプロの不動産仲間でリフォームチームを作ろう。その他の不動産の取引に付帯する業務を信頼できる本当の専門家の仲間を探して、
「Anchors」というチームを結成することが、友人に家を勧めるのであれば重要な要素だと考えました。
「Anchors」とは船の碇という意味とニュースキャスターのメインを張る人や最終走者のような頼れる人をアンカーと呼ぶところから、「頼れる人の集団」を作って満足いく取引を友人であるお客さんにしてもらおうという想いを込めて、社名にさせていただきました。
また、私自身がアメリカのオレゴン州ポートランドで２年間住宅事業に従事させていただいて、現地の方々に大変お世話になりました。私も海外の人々が日本で家探しをするときに少しでも力になりたくて、世界中の人々の港のような会社にしたい想いも「Anchors」に込めました。
まだ、漕ぎ出したばかりの小さな船ですが、“どうせやるなら楽しく”頼れる仲間たちと共に大海へ向かって船を出発させます。

We make a team specialized in remodeling for quality management.
In the transaction of a used real estate, we need many legal and financial aspects that revolve around the purchase. Also, it is necessary to deal with remodeling.
It is always said that only good specialists have extensive knowledge and do an excellent performance. So, we think it important that we make a special team of remodeling service.
The word, “anchor” has some definitions. It means a heavy metal that is lowered to the bottom of the sea, or a lake to stop a ship or boat moving. An anchor also means the last leg of a relay. Anchors REAL ESTATE aims to be a professional group like an anchor. This is how we name ourselves Anchors REAL ESTATE.
I have a precious experience of being engaged in operating housing service in Portland, Oregon (USA). All the people there treated me like one of their best friends and supported my life and work. All of these experiences has encouraged me to found Anchors REAL ESTATE.
Anchors REAL ESTATE is now a small boat. And we have just sailed on. But we will get together with our customers, dedicated teams of employees, and the people around us. Gotta go, have fun. We will try to travel the sea, building our network of business altogether. Representative Soshi Sato
